MNA’s Labor Department is governed by a five person Education and General Welfare (E&GW) Council. Members of the Council are elected by and accountable to the Collective Bargaining Assembly that meets annually at the MNA Convention. Through collective bargaining the E&GW Council advances the employment and economic conditions in the MNA bargaining units.
